Anniversary gift idea
An original painting or drawing is a wonderful idea for a unique and personalised anniversary gift.
Perhaps a painting of the church or wedding reception venue for the 1st wedding anniversary? Maybe an original portrait of the couple or their young children to mark their 5th or 10th wedding anniversary?
Of course, either will still make a fabulous 25th wedding anniversary gift.
When a couple reach their 30th wedding anniversary and beyond, why not give a painting to remind them of a memorable holiday, or favourite hotel?
When it gets around to the 40th wedding anniversary they may well have sold-up the family home leaving behind fond memories of hazy summers spent lounging in the garden watching their children grow-up. A painting of their house may help those memories flood back.
If they are fortunate to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary or 60th wedding anniversary well over half a century will have passed since they were born and they will surely appreciate a nostalgic picture of how things used to be.
